Seasonal Yoga Offerings

Hearts Alive offers gentle Hatha yoga classes in downtown Pinole. The class features a full-sized savasana; the perfect opportunity to come down from a long day, be held in community and escape life's hustle while finding stillness in your mind through movement.

About Harmony Ridge Lodge 


Harmony Ridge Lodge, nestled in the woods of the Tahoe National Forest 5 miles from Nevada City, is one of Nevada County’s true gems.
