Do you crave authentic connection?
Life's frantic pace can leave us feeling disconnected. This circle is your invitation to slow down, move from "doing" into "being" and find your center in a supportive space with intentional community. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter and more connected. Across our time together, you will be guided with gentle breathwork and movement to shed the day’s stress and support greater presence. You will be invited to participate in group discussions that adhere to circle sharing principles, to ensure that your voice is heard, and you have the opportunity to witness others. Limited to 12 participants to keep a cozy vibe! ❤️
