Join us for a 2+ hour journey of relaxation and self-discovery at "Let Go to Grow" – a harmonious fusion of yoga, sound bath therapy and a closing circle. "Let Go to Grow" is an opportunity to recenter, relax and gain clarity on ways you can open up to new possibilities. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to sound bath therapy, this event is open to all who seek to enhance their wellbeing. Space is limited and early registration is encouraged. Come with an open heart and a willingness to let go, as we create space for new beginnings! Tickets are available on a sliding scale ranging $45 - $65.
