Find Stillness in Serenity

Together we will slow down and remember our interconnectedness with each other and Mother Nature. Through a one-hour gentle  all-levels Hatha yoga class we will find stillness in our minds via movement in our bodies, followed by a one-hour sound bath featuring singing bowls and percussion instruments. We will close the experience with a mindful walk into the redwoods for a guided nature immersion and closing circle. Space is limited and early registration is recommended. Tickets are available on a sliding scale ranging $65 - $85. Note: Five registrations are required by Friday October 13th 10 am in order for the event to proceed.
