Heart Awakening Yoga & Sound Bath

Join us for a 2+ hour journey of relaxation and discovery with "Heart Awakening" – a harmonious fusion of yoga, sound bath therapy and group discussion. Together, let's awaken the radiant heart within and set forth on a journey of love, growth and connection. Across our time together you will enjoy a one-hour all-levels gentle Hatha yoga  class followed by a sound bath performance featuring crystal singing bowls and percussion instruments. We will end our time together in a closing circle for discussion.  Space is limited and early registration is encouraged. Tickets are offered on a sliding scale ranging $45 - $65.
